The students, as part of our First Nations Peoples project, are choosing an animal guide that they want to represent them or just an animal they are like. When I was adopted by the Yukon Tagish-Tlingit nation I was presented with an eagle crest making me a member of the Dakla'weidi Wolf/Eagle clan. I am also able to wear the Killerwhale Crest.

The Blue Crane
I picked the blue Crane as my spirit animal because I like to be quiet and be alone. Blue cranes are quiet and are mostly alone.
